AIDAN

Description

Aidan is a tall and lithe trans man with long pale blonde hair. His eyes are amber and usually half-lidded as he tends to look unimpressed at everything. Fangs and pointed ears are indicators of his dhampir heritage, as well as his gaunt and almost dead appearance. He's scarred in several places from his work as a hunter.

His clothing style is very practical and simple. He often wears a leather duster coat and knee high leather boots. He doesn't wear any jewellery or accessories at all, finding them pointless.

Being a dhampir, he can't be healed by 'holy' sources as that only hurts him instead. His natural healing is faster than a human's, however he can speed it up further by drinking blood. He does need to drink blood for sustinence thanks to his heritage, but not to the extent a normal vampire would need to. While direct sunlight doesn't hurt him, his eyes are very sensitive to bright lights.

He's very aloof and a loner, finding it hard to form relationships with people due to his lack of patience for what he considers to be unimportant things. Despite this, he's created a kind of pack bond with his partners, as they have been equally patient with him and his own boundaries.

Background

With his father being a vampire and his mother dying when he was very young, Aidan was mostly raised by the followers of a forest god. He has a companion wolf named Lykos who has been with him for many years, and whom he considers his only friend.
