Demon Council

The Demon Council are a group of 13 who maintain order within the Demon World. Originally the Council began as a set of 11 seats, but more seats were added over time as they became necessary. The Seat of Hunters was added when peacful negotiations between hunters and demons were reached, and the Seat of Plague was created following a widespread curse that corrupted a large number of demons.

Each member represents a group of demons who fall under that categorisation. There can be a lot of crossover, but the idea is that every type of demon is represented and considered when it comes to maintaining order amongst demonkind.
