PROJECTS

I work on a variety of things in my spare time. Here is a bunch of the shit I've done.

CreativeClash

CreativeClash is a project that started in June 2021 as a direct result of ArtFight's actions where I wanted to make a 'better' event. It was fine that ArtFight didn't allow 18+ artwork, but at the time there was a massive backlash over AF mods banning people for off-site activities. The general vibe from the AF community wasn't great. Obviously the vast majority of AF participants are probably great, but there was a growing vocal minority which made the place uncomfortable to take part in overall.

I created CC with the idea of being a creative competative event like ArtFight, except it would be 18+ only and allow all content. As long as it was tagged appropriately then anything was allowed. The main focus wasn't even NSFW content, just the idea that minors weren't allowed made it a more relaxing environment for me personally.

I've been around the internet since I was like, 8 years old. I'm from the days where going in any space online was a Russian Roulette of what content you'd find. Barely anything was tagged, and if it was then it was the bare minimium. If you didn't like it, you left. You didn't harass people for it. While I've not really been harassed over my fictional preferences myself, I'm all too aware of people who have been harassed, or hearing about horror stories of getting stalked or doxxed. That shit don't fly.

CreativeClash is primarily about the event we run twice a year but also has a fairly active community on Discord year-round, simply because people want to have a space to feel safe in sharing or discussion whatever fictional content they want.

I made CC because I saw ArtFight kicking people out and said 'I'll make my own event with blackjack and hookers'. And look at us over 3 years later!

Minecraft Modpacks

Minecraft is one game I keep going back to because I can customise it however the heck I want, so I keep making modpacks to play with my friends.

These modpacks are hosted on CurseForge, but I don't endorse them or encourage you to use that platform for various reasons. I stopped making modpacks before I moved over to Modrinth and haven't transferred any over.

Most of these packs are intended to play on a multiplayer server with my friends so they might not be well optimised for solo or public use. Try them out anyway if you want!

// Apopcalypse - Forge 1.20.1

This was made for a server when my friends were going through zombie apocalypse phase. Magic has been removed, as has the ability to go to the Nether and The End. It's aimed at a multiplayer environment because it might be pretty hard to play solo.

Main mods: Lost Cities, Farmer's Delight, Tinker's Construct, MrCrayfish's Gun Mod, Cold Sweat, Immersive Weathering

// Popsicle Everwinter - Forge 1.20.1

I had an urge to make a harder survival pack that focused on surviving in a harsh eternal winter (I was playing a lot of Frostpunk).

Main mods: Primal Winter, Cold Sweat, Spartan Weaponry, Farmer's Delight, Rustic Engineer, Terralith

// Popsicle Fantasy - Forge 1.16.5/1.19.2

There's two versions of this modpack. The 1.16 version is the first one I made with an RPG-like leveling up system for your skills, places to explore, crops to grow, mobs to tame, etc. The second version is the one I'm currently working on which will eventually branch off into its own modpack. This version removes the levelling system because it was tedious, but keeps a lot of the same vibes and adds in Origins so you can pick custom fantasy races.

Main mods: Origins (Forge), Biomes o Plenty, Farmer's Delight, Alex's Mobs, RPG Gods, Quark

// Popsicle Origins - Fabric 1.16.5

My attempt at an Origins-based modpack. All of the races are D&D themed, and it includes a robust magic system to play around with.

Main mods: Origins, Bewitchment, Farmer's Delight, YUNG's Structures, Charm, Oh The Biomes You'll Go

// Popsicle Survival - Forge 1.16.5

My partner really loves RLCraft. I find that too difficult for me, so I took the parts I liked about it and made my own 'harder' modpack. There's a lot of monsters and mobs that will try to kill you, new places to explore, and the general vibe is to just... survive.

Main mods: Lycanites Mobs, Ice & Fire, Biomes o Plenty, Charm Reforged, Farmer's Delight, YUNG's Structures

// Popsicle Adventure - Forge 1.16.5

First modpack I ever made so it's not perfect. Aimed to be a less stressful adventuring experience with new buildings to find, crops to grow, and a lot of new mobs to interact with, including tamable dragons.

Main mods: Wyrmroost, Alex's Mobs, Biomes o Plenty, Repurposed Structures, Farmer's Delight, Quark

Zines

I've worked on fandom zine projects for years. Here is just a list of the projects I've worked on and my roles in them. These are listed approximately in reverse-chronological order
