Ted is slightly chubby in both human and demon forms. He's 5ft6in as a human and has bright green eyes. His hair is long, black, and worn loose, though it is often held out of his face with his signature red bandana. He tends to wear comfortable clothing with a rock or alternative style, often wearing band t-shirts and other merchandise.

As a demon he is very aquatic in appearance. He is over 6ft tall with long horns curl that along the back of his head. He has fins along his forearms, calves, and down his spine, with the patterns being similar to a koi fish. His fingers and toes are webbed, with gills on his neck and ribs to allow him to breathe underwater. He isn't physically strong but is a fast swimmer, with his body being streamlined for fast movement.
