Traffic Light System

>> Green are themes that I allow regardless. You don't need to ask about this content beforehand.
>> Yellow are themes I may allow in certain situations, but it isn't universal. Please ask me about these themes first.
>> Red are themes I don't like under any circumstances. Please do not create this content for me unless I give you explicit permission.
>> If a theme is not listed at all then please treat it as if it is in the Yellow category.
