Billy is the owner of Avery Ranch, which is the main ranch in the Lutio region for Pokemon daycare and breeding. He runs the ranch with a few staff members but primarily his son, Zach.
Appearance
Billy is a tall man of around 6ft2, with broad shoulders and a body built from a lifetime of farm work. His skin is light tan, with hazel eyes and dark blonde hair that is streaked with grey. His hair is basically a shaggy mullet, though he keeps it tied back most of the time to keep it out of the way. His facial hair never grows beyond messy stubble which he is too lazy to shave most of the time. He's typically seen in dirty jeans or denim overalls, and either a tank top or a plaid shirt.

Early Life
Avery Pokemon Ranch has been in the Avery family for two generations, starting with Billy's grandmother. Due to an unfortunate trend in his family of dying young, Billy inherited the ranch from his parents at 25. Thankfully there was already a reliable team of staff on hand to make sure things were running smoothly, allowing him to focus purely on the Pokemon and less on the administrative work.
He was always openly gay, however an experimental drunken one-night stand with his best friend Marilyn resulted in her getting pregnant. They were reasonable adults about it, both being caring parents to a young Zach. Marilyn received a lucrative job offer in another region, resulting in her giving over sole custody to Billy and becoming more distant from them.
They still keep in touch and talk frequently, with Billy giving her updates on Zach's life and Marilyn visiting as frequently as her schedule would allow. Still, it meant Billy was raising Zach as a single father for the majority of his son's life.
Bad Thoughts
He was ashamed to admit he began getting inappropriate feelings for his son when Zach transitioned at 16. He had never had any kind of sexual feelings for his child before that, but looking at him from a new light of being his son and not his daughter made other kinds of thoughts run through his head every time he looked at him.
He ignored the urges, never addressing them, until he walked in on Zach with their ranch's Rapidash in the barn. He was bent over the stable door, very clear was happening. He couldn't keep his eyes off of him. Seeing his son being so depraved made something snap, and quickly found out Zach had also been harbouring feelings for him for much longer than Billy had for his son.
The talked about their feelings, both happy to continue a relationship between them, with Billy encouraging Zach that watching him with Pokemon was incredibly arousing too. While he wasn't into sexual relations with Pokemon himself, there was something incredibly hot about watching Zach with them.
They had a rather large scare when Zach turned out to be pregnant. Billy replayed the fears of getting Marilyn pregnant, realising he couldn't exactly get help with Zach without possibly revealing their incestuous relationship. He used the pregnancy scanning equipment from the ranch instead, and his terror turned into arousal when they both realised Zach was impregnated with Pokemon eggs and not anything human.
Better Ranch Business
This brought about a new side of their ranch business. Pokemon who seem to be struggling to breed were brought to Zach, who quite readily was impregnated by the male of the pair. The eggs were then handed back to the trainer, none-the-wiser about their true origin.
This was very useful for trainers who refused to believe their Pokemon are incompatible, for the ones who had low fertility rates in general, or for ones it just wasn't be safe to let them breed due to massive species differences.
