The second-in-command to Team Fetura who assists from the shadows, Bonnie is the personal assistant of the boss and has a very complex relationship with him. He's a quiet and stoic man who is always seen smoking.
Bonnie is a tall and pale man with a built physique. He works out to stay toned, so he has strong arms and abs. He has umber-orange eyes and dark almost-black hair that he keeps long and shaggy. He always has tired bags under his eyes. His typical outfit is a Fetura-branded suit consisting of a grey waistcoat and trouser set, with black shirt and gloves. His left ear is pierced with a silver cross-shaped dagger earring.
Bennet Raith never had a stable life. He was raised by a single father who was a workaholic, except when he wasn't at work he spent most of his time drunk and hardly caring for the son he had. Bennet ran away from home for the first time at the age of 11, but was brought back to his father by the police. This was just the first of several times he ran away, with his father promising to change and quit drinking every time.
Except he never truly quit. He'd last for a week, maybe two, before the bottle would return and Bennet would be back to wishing he was anywhere else.
He finally managed to permanently escape by age 16, and he only presumed this time was the last because his father had given up looking for him, and the local police finally understood his situation.
He never had any Pokemon, but the first one he came across on that night he ran away was an incredibly fiesty Zigzagoon. They shared meal scraps together and became companions very quickly, but Bennet never needed a Pokeball for it.
He only acquired a pokeball for his companion when someone dared to try and steal it from him several years later. That someone was working for Fetura, and his aggressive response to protecting his Pokemon companion resulted in the Fetura company taking an interest in him and his skills.
Living on the streets for as long as he had gave him a streetwise intelligence that the company was lacking at the time. He was hired as a bodyguard for the then up-and-coming heir to Fetura, Clyde Ashenhurst, and they quite quickly developed an interesting relationship.
It was during his early days at Fetura with Clyde that he earned the nickname 'Bonnie', as reference to the infamous duo 'Bonnie and Clyde'. He accepted the unconventional nickname with no issue.
